MASKED THE PLAY

As soon as I got into work today I had a customer get right in my face and start telling me that we needed to order more Bezwecken right this very minute. She then went on and on describing how us being out of this particular product was going to upset her entire day, which would then segue into upsetting her entire week, which would then make her husband get incredibly mad at her. This lady went on and on and on and I couldn’t believe how crazy she was acting. I didn’t even have a chance to say one word, but since I work in retail, all I could really do was apologize and order some more.

So that was my first 15 minutes of the work day. The rest of my morning consisted of me hiding out in the back and looking at all of the stuff that we were out of so that I could place an order later that day. This gave me plenty of time to try these new Ayush herbs that we recently got in. I wasn’t all that impressed with them, but apparently they’re selling very well at our other locations throughout the region, so I guess we’re going to be selling them for the foreseeable future.
